Kat Hamilton, owner of 12 Rounds Boxing in Clapham Junction is super passionate about helping women discover all the benefits that boxing provides. She believes this is not only the best physical workout around, but also a workout for the mind taking you out of your head and back into your body.
This workshop begins by taking you through a basic boxing workout teaching the foundations of boxing and then ramping up the intensity and letting you lose on the punchbags. Expect to sweat, laugh, lose any stress and leave feeling energised with a sense of accomplishment.
