Then join Mindfulness Coach, Elizabeth Hooper, for a free 8-session course to help you be more relaxed, more focused and better able to cope with the stresses of everyday life.
The sessions will happen every Tuesday, 11am to 12.30pm, from 25 October to 13 December 2022.
Mindfulness means “moment by moment, non-judgmental awareness”. By recognizing your own stress triggers, you can learn to respond to stressful situations rather than reacting automatically. Give you a wide range of techniques that prevent spiraling thoughts and improve overall health and wellbeing.
Elizabeth Hooper has specialized in non-profit mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques for over a decade. Graduate degree in relaxation, meditation and mindfulness. Is S.M.A.R.T foundations qualified Mindful Intuition Coach.

Please note: These are not offered as individual sessions but as an entire course, so those who book will be expected to attend all 8 sessions.
Attendees will receive full support throughout the course and will be offered handouts and one-to-one sessions.
