The Bump Club
Join Cassie McClements and Faye Adams prenatal yoga teachers, for a luxurious mamas wellness event at a beautiful studio space in Chelsea.
They’ll lead you through a 60 min yoga class paired with a tummy massage tutorial and a deep meditation for the ultimate restorative self-care session.
They will also share positive stories of how yoga, breath and wellness have helped them in preparation for birth and being a first time mum.

Schedule
1:30pm – Enjoy a nourishing gentle yoga class suitable for those both pre and postnatal
2:30pm – A tummy and stretch mark self-massage workshop – oils will be provided
2:45pm – A restorative meditation/yoga nidra session to relax and restore
3:15pm – Enjoy delicious healthy vegan refreshments with fellow mamas and mingle
3:30pm – Go home with a goodie bag full of pre and postnatal products
Who can join?
We welcome all mamas who are pregnant – right up until the end of third trimester.
As well as those who have given birth in the past year (please wait at least 6 weeks after birth to attend)
No prior yoga experience is needed.
A great opportunity to meet and mingle with a group of mamas in a safe space.
This event will be adults only – no bubs at this one but we will hold future events with the little ones.
