Kick start your week on the right note!
We are surrounded by sound. Out of all our senses, sound is one of most powerful. We are always taking in information through our senses and this impact our inner state of wellness.
Sounds can uplift us e.g when someone appreciates you or you hear your favourite song. Sound can also stress us out, e.g you hear drilling or an ambulance siren, you hear news that you didn’t expect.
During this session you will be guided in meditation into present, leave all the external sounds behind and relax, from outside to the inside. Sound bowls will help you balance your internal environment and scared sounds of mantra will tap into your soul to unleash the happiness with in.
Experience the benefits of being in the present moment and awaken an inner sense of harmony, inspiration and clarity.
Each session also includes wisdom to allow you to explore the self in a contemporary context.
We’ll end the evening with hot tea.
