Meet your instructor
Mariandy has been a published author and international speaker for many years specialising in sharing health techniques that maintain youth and vitality. She has a Master’s degree in Education Guidance and Counselling and has been providing Holistic Health Consultancy since the early 1990s teaching a combination of both western and eastern exercises.
She launched the Andyways Holistic Health Centre in 1994 offering reflexology, aromatherapy, Tibetan Yoga and Qui Gong exercises to help concentrate on breathing and movement needed to enhance chi energy (life force) and promote good health.
This led the publishing of her first book ‘The Gift of Health’ which continues to inspire readers today.
